      Benefits are pretty good a lot of paid time off.

      Cons

      No long term career outlook a never ending cycle of collection calls. Management wants you to solicit customers to keep them trapped in a high rate loan. Then pressure you to sell expensive insurance products to meet quotas.

      Paid well. Close with local offices

      Cons

      No work life balance. Expectations are changed and increased at any given moment. Lots of late nights and weekends. Stressful environment. Sr management makes promises and it's not carried down.
