      Best PC company to work for - fastest growing for a number of years. Make an impressive effort to clearly articulate and foster a productive culture.

      Cons

      Can be very demanding with long hours and too many competing challenges. Day to day metrics focus can mean strategic change management is neglected. Poor systems to support management of the business - feels like a multi billion dollar startup
