      Lots of growth opportunities. Global reach. Leading PC manufacturer. Multiple cultures and people from many backgrounds.

      Cons

      Chinese management style tends to dominate in some regions, which is not necessarily a bad thing, except when there are misunderstandings between Western and Eastern perspectives.
