Respectfully disagree. Although not all of our leaders are perfect, most are pretty good. It looks like you had some serious issues with yours. This is not what we want, nor expect from our leaders. If you were still here, we'd ask you to engage HR immediately. It is a shame you are gone. We never want someone to leave with bad feelings. Best wishes to you, and thank you for your time here.
