      Pros

      some fun people to work with, but they rotate through the place so fast, no seems to stay more than 2 years

      Cons

      no support, they talk up diversity and work life balance publicly , but behind closed doors your a whipping boy . They just push and push and push, with zero accountability for the those in the back end that dont deliver! The truth is an excuse when it doesn't align to some in managements KPIs.

      Good place to work overall, kind people. Generally competent practitioners

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
