Pros
Very Transparent. Senior Leaderships are very supporting , Especially my CH Mr. Parag Patnaik is a Gem. He always motivated and providing support whenever it require at most. It's been only 9 month in this organization, But I am really happy with my role and support that I am getting on regular basis to improve the business

Right now, in my this short tenure I have not seen any cons so far. There are some minor cons which is very negligible, Overall all Good
