      Very skilled engineers work for Lentech, and management is both aware and appreciative. You get to rub shoulders with some of the best in the business. Doing a good job will net substantial benefits.

      Cons

      HR is lacking skill. Friendly, but incapable.

      The management is very supportive and gives the employee considerable latitude in the execution of their duties. Pay is very fair and no complaints about benefits.
