      - Good benefits like flexi time, technology credit, healthcare, flexible working and etc. - Opportunity to travel abroad. - Good training and development. - Good support network within the company.

      Cons

      Apprentice structure was a little weak to begin with, not a clear direction. Some placement managers show little interest in apprentices
