1. No Job security, they can fire you any time. 2. They fire 50% of resources during Probation period. 3. They will promise many things at the time of joining but won't provide anything in written and doesn't fulfil any promise or even doesn't bother to respond to your mails. 4. No defined process and Policy, PF and TDS is not updated on regular basis, Salary is credited by 5-7th of month. 5. Overall a BIG NO for those who are lured by their attractive CTC.
