If you're looking to join the next Facebook this company isn't for you. LACRM caters to small businesses and they're much more interested in providing good, reliable service than explosive growth. If you're into corporate ladder-climbing this company isn't for you. If you don't drink, this company might not be for you. There are a lot of fun company events, but many involve alcohol.
