Pros
LessonUp's structure, environment and culture is well defined and well executed. You know exactly what the expectations are when joining the team, it's a fun relaxed environment with the expectation in getting your work done. Freedom to express your ideas and opinions with the independence to carry out and implement your ideas! It's a great culture with an awesome office and many benefits like 25 holidays, afterwork drinks and new macbook pro laptops.
Cons
As an international employee, getting settled in the Netherlands and getting paid, pension/health benefits took a bit longer to set up. However, not really much the company could do as it's mostly all done through the government. Be patient!
