High expectations and can be pressure to consistently deliver, though this was often self-induced after I asked for more responsibility.

The company is a young start up and they have a good mission of wanting to help students understand the college application system. There are a lot of employees with education background so it feels like their is a real mission.

Being a start up there is ever changing tasks and deadlines. It felt like there was no real leader and no one really knew what they were doing. Has potential though.
