High expectations and can be pressure to consistently deliver, though this was often self-induced after I asked for more responsibility.

Some of the people working here are wonderful.

The leadership is insane. They pretend to be interested in helping people but those who succeed in the company do so by being cut throat and dishonest. Weaponized incompetence is a way of life.
