- flat structure organization which makes communication between layers easy and accessible - global company and employees have great cross border relationships - company has big growth appetite and is investing resources to facilitate growth in different sectors - great ceo who cares about its people, culture whilst remaining commercial
Cons
- most decisions are made in the US, but recognizing we are a U.S. based company. - as we grow, each region will start developing its own centre of excellence which will drive decision making processes for that region.
