Pros
I only worked with them for 9 months, but if I had a chance, I would've stayed longer! I did not work with the company directly as I was an Independent Contractor of LevelUp, but their management including their HR are all great leaders/managers! Simply because
- from onboarding until months into the work, any questions were promptly answered and staff were very helpful in making sure processes were properly understood
- in cases where you need to explain yourself, LevelUp is very understanding and it makes it no hassle to file for corrections, etc.
- during my employment as an IC, LevelUp made sure I am growing professionally by setting up feedback sessions with them and our managers
- at the end of my employment (when the client I was working for needed to close off the product), LevelUp (as our formal employer) extended help in finding a new client and making sure we won't just be "let go" (they were also very prompt in releasing benefits, etc.)
Overall, my stay with LevelUp is one (if not the) healthiest work environment I've had for more than five years. We were supported, given room to professionally grow, and be part of a team! One of the best teams/companies I worked with1
Cons
None that I can think of (really).
