This is the best legal environment I’ve worked in. The firm is growing in exciting ways, with access to top-tier clients and meaningful stretch opportunities. Leadership is genuinely invested in attorney development, and there’s a clear focus on supporting long-term career growth. I’ve had the chance to work on complex, high-impact matters while feeling supported by smart, collaborative colleagues. The office space is beautiful, and while no place is perfect, the culture here is positive, respectful, and energizing.

The firm’s rapid growth has come with some natural growing pains—internal processes are still catching up in some ways. At times, certain individuals seem to be pushing a more traditional Big Law mindset, which can feel at odds with the otherwise supportive and balanced culture.

Great people, great work/life balance, respectful. People with attitudes are not welcomed here.
