Pros
The coffee seems to be the ongoing pro for this company. If you like the taste of coffee brewed in a pot that has not been cleaned since the company opened and with a flavor of stored on a mildew mat they have your brew. The extra wait as it slowly brews from its hard water crusted spout is definitely worth it.
Cons
Management! The CEO will deliver time to time how people are such a valuable part of the company. None of the employees buy it and its condescending. If this was the case, I am pretty sure turnover would be under 50% for skilled professionals in a client service business who chooses this company over going abroad. The current employees are scared from a past review that posted here. Management pulled internet history to figure out who was on GlassDoor at the time of posting to find the culprit! The culprit is you dear "Leave"erpoint and freedom of speak plus the helpful GlassDoor. All managers were pulled into a room and literally screamed at and given the "get on board or get out talk." The top 3 Executives never come out of their office and do not even know their own Managers names. They are aware but have no desire to change. The three constantly are bashing and name-calling each other behind their backs which makes any meeting awkward AF. Managers encourage their staff to not sign off for the four year owning your soul commitment for a cpa reimbursement that is minimal. *Note: good employers won’t care and will give you a sign on to reconcile these costs (it is minimal in the grand scheme of getting a good employee). HR is not confident and are puppets designed to take the fall and deliver the archaic values the company really stands for. I'd save the space on your resume with this company.
