Pros
-superb culture, they have whole peoples team, and have worked excessively in order to develop a good culture at the company. And the hard work shows. My team was especially helpful, with people reaching out to me by themselves for help and support.
Cons
Nothing major that I can think of. Role is a bit boring (supplier acquisition executive), and sometimes can be stressful because of not being to successfully source a product even if you are putting in the effort, but otherwise all good. A person does have to work a bit more, such as on weekend, in order to sucessfully source multiple products for the month.
