LS&Co. has an amazing 401K, great office location and decent time off allotment. If you're M band you get a 20% bonus and P band 10% bonus. Beware, not all managers are M band. Tricky, tricky, Levi's.
Cons
Every department at LS&Co. has a different culture. I can't speak for the organization as a whole, but for me, the culture on the retail operations team was toxic. It was highly elementary and unbelievably catty. Sadly, this was due to a few females who were very insecure on what they deemed "the leadership team." Nothing screams great leadership more than a self proclaimed leader... It's safe to say the politics were next level beginning with middle management. In order to build themselves up, they created a hierarchy that deflated engagement, dissolved collaboration, and made for an unenjoyable work environment. Any top talent lasted two years at most before fleeing the coop. What could be an amazing company to work for is diluted with insecure leaders who have moved up, not because of talent, but because of enslaving individual contributors and organizational shifts... aka a whole lot of luck. Beware.
