Pros

They have good benefits and gym membership although you will be too tired from your 12 hour workday to even use the gym. The cool product you make gets you by for a few months of excitement but it’s not enough.

Cons

Levi’s is a billion dollar company that is run like a startup. Teams that should be 6 people are 3 and they are expected to get the job done at all costs. the cost is your personal life and always will be. Design teams are consistently working 55-70 hours a week to do the job of what any other company hires double the amount of people for. Additionally There is not opportunity to grow here. You can’t be promoted unless someone at a director level leaves and young designers are constantly leaving because of it. ***The company does not provide job descriptions*** so that people can “stretch” and fill the roles above them in order to not hire more people and not provide direction for a promotion/apr review
