      Stable company. Good work environment.

      Very little challenge. Old-style thinking. Lower than average pay. Raised my salary by 30% when I left.

      Pros

      Excellent Management Team. They recognize your strengths and work with you. As long as you are proactive you will be rewarded. Upper Management easy to talk to. Open door policy.

      Cons

      Employees rarely leave so it's a little hard to move up. Slow pay raise.
