Concession Stand Worker/ Bartender - Anonymous employee Levy Employee Review

Where do I begin, you would think working with a majority of adults the idea of team work and co-operating would not need to be explained? WRONG, a plethora of lazy adults who are constantly needed to be reminded of the daily tasks they have been doing for years (since most have been with the company for quite a while). The ones that have been with the company use their seniority to be the laziest and management, no matter how many comment sheets are written, does nothing!! After working 5 years with the company the overall feeling I get is Big profit margin for the company at the cheapest they can get it. Meaning poor quality in food, concession stand cleanliness and robbing the employee's of bonuses and other benefits the full-time staff always receives.
