Pros

Pay was competitive as well as the benefits. Location is nice.

Cons

Where to begin... When I say lack of diversity, that's an understatement. The ENTIRE staff is older female white women who have a "closed-door" policy that makes communication with them next-to-impossible. It's a weird environment with little cross communication. You can tell that employees are walking on egg shells. This is not a nurturing, creative environment which is odd being they are in the advertising and media industry? It's a bizarre setting to say the least. I was hoping for a unique, diverse set of individuals who could offer many different perspectives & whom I could learn from both personally and creatively. That is not the case at all... Instead the owner has her daughters who wield enormous amount of influence, whether you have a say or not. God forbid you mention anything about internal growth. The president doesn't believe in that... ZERO diversity with no growth potential. I'll leave it at that.

Pros

I had an awesome internship experience here. It gave me a great background in media to build on. I had the opportunity to learn from each part of the company and gain an understanding of each job.

Cons

I wish the internship was longer!

Pros

-Great workplace culture -Spares NO expense in training new employees -Around 90% female employees (100% at senior level leadership positions!) - Flat hierarchy

Cons

Its hard to think of any Cons for working here but I suppose remote working arrangements could be better. Most employees work around 1-2 days a week from home, and only a small handful are totally remote. This is obviously a minor complaint and really more of an observation for those looking for 100% remote positions.
