Pros
I have generally had a good experience with Lewis Nedas. I have been very lucky to work with Jeffrey Lewis the founder of the firm and his sharp wit and amazing mind has helped me both professionally and personally. I am grateful to Siobahin Egan who has helped me develop my understanding of marketing and the importance of having a website that is relevant and up to date, her knoweledge of SEO has been so helpful and has helped me understand both the benefits and pitfalls of AI going forward Senior colleagues are approachable and willing to help when needed. There is a strong sense of teamwork, and everyone is committed to providing a good service to clients. I have also found that the work can be varied and this provides opportunities to develop skills and gain valuable experience within the legal sector. One of the benefits is that they understand the importance of training and as such will encourage staff to attend events/ view webinars and training courses in order for skills to be honed which in helps provide a better service to our clients.
Cons
Some internal processes feel quite traditional, although i'm sure that the firm will embrace, evolve and move forward as needed iwhich is important in the legal industry in order to remain competetive
