Allegedly, this place copy and paste coding from legitimate eDiscovery companies in the market, I learnt that when I started working for real eDiscovery software in 2022. Owners manage their little shop like they manage their own families, their bad temper makes them create tiny clicks within the company who is already small, master manip*lat*rs. They 'pressure' people to write good reviews on their behalf, tried and removed honest reviews and the same chiefs are so busy but they 'argue' back wherever there's a review on this mom-and-pop shop. All the deleted reviews are being reposted among eDiscovery communities online.
