      This company does not value their employees and the pay is insulting. They like to hire people with little to no experience, so they can work them for no pay with high expectations.

      Pros

      Great on-call pay, most staff can be very friendly. Really nice neighborhood and residents for the most part.

      Cons

      Understaffed Maintenance. No on-call mileage. Decreased pay due to "bonuses." Poor bonus structure. Significant delays with corporate actions. No training - you just have to figure it out as you go. They do not believe in preventative maintenance.
