Above average commission structure, good health care, up beat environment, creative department top notch, tech department highly skilled.

Passive- aggressive work environment. Especially in Management. Most communication is through rumors or the "gossip network" that finds its way to listening managerial ears in the advertising areas. Management does not say what they mean. Management is detached, No role models or mentors. Management is more focused on their career than leading, coaching and developing the individual sales person to become a succesful employee.
