Great company. They truly care about the employee and support advancement and development by providing training. There is opportunity for advancement through their many subsidiaries.

Pay is average but benefits are really good, so I really don't have a con. No longer with the company because of move.

Had a decent work space, production floor employees were a delight to work with. Shift leads and line leads were well versed in their jobs although in over their heads at most times due to upper management team.

Talk about time travel! They live in a world run by the sales team, and a management team (including corporate) that is only there to elevate their careers to a corporate level. Little to no interest in developing their production employees to create an employee led environment. They are your best assets. After all, who know their job better than them. The management team is NOT interested in a safe working environment, nor are they interested in a budget for safety. Long hours for production employees, in a very hot and dusty environment. Lots of overtime, if you like that kind of thing on your weekends off. The owner of the company likes to come in and dictate how things should be done, despite having on-site production managers in their two Liberty locations. Let them run their site!
