Pros

SOME of the individuals working here are very talented in their specialisms.

Cons

The business publicly states that its core values are “accountability, bravery, and curiosity.” However, these principles appear to falter when senior leadership is confronted with the issues of their own making. In such instances, the guiding values seem instead to shift toward denial, deflection, and coercion. It is regrettable that those in leadership positions undermine the efforts of an exceptionally talented and committed delivery team. Leadership, by definition, should involve taking responsibility and setting an example from the front, something that is notably lacking within this organisation. Instead, there is a recurring pattern of senior staff deflecting accountability onto team members in order to preserve their own reputations with current and future clients. It is not surprising to witness such high employee turnover when it’s made clear to younger members of staff that there are zero opportunities for progression and that they are easily replaceable. Efforts overall are constrained by a leadership culture that fosters stress, anxiety, and unsustainable workloads.

Work is well structured and organised, making it easier to prioritise things and stay on track. There is a strong emphasis on collaboration, and colleagues are willing to help each other succeed.

Cons

Opportunities for progression could be further expanded over time and there is potential to expand learning and development.
