Lots of Politics and layers - Branch Manager Library Systems & Services Employee Review

Private management company who handles low budget libraries. Forced to be like each other, so all libraries implement similar programs, collections, HR, etc. The system I specifically work for has three layers of oversight, each vying for control. Politics is strong and there are too many people pushing. And holidays are not paid well if you are under 40hours but work more than 4hours per day. Upper management is al about the bottom line
