Pros
Very casual, laid-back, and generally fun environment. Fairly frequent company social events. Brand new HQ building with cafe and gym on site is a great perk. Overall, gained some great experience and met a lot of wonderful people.
Cons
Everything is treated inconsistently, from benefits to career paths to salary to personal accountability. It can be a completely different experience depending on what department you are in or who you have as your boss. Schedules can be flexible or rigid to the point of absurd; PTO days may be strictly recorded or swept under the rug; favoritism can influence decisions from who gets free tickets to the game to who gets the opportunity for an important project or promotion. The laid-back vibe can get to be too much, especially when it takes the form of cussing your way through a business meeting or making lewd comments reminiscent of a frat party. Not much diversity to speak of in the office, I expect largely due to how cliques are formed and closed-mindedness by certain people (including upper management) can take the form of gossip and even bullying at times. Turnover is outrageous, especially in field operations.
