Pros
As far as the tech team goes, Liefery was a great employer. We had a good team of 13-16 people, a lot of them women managed by really good team leaders. A good scrum routine with a weak off-season every 4 weeks where we could determine ourselves what we would focus on (refactoring, learning, cleaning up tech debt etc.). A lot of people were working Mon-Thur (32 hours) and some took sabbatical months and in general there was a culture of respect for a work life balance and a healthy amount of work.
Salaries within the tech team were transparent and combined with a clear career latter in order to prevent unfair gaps.
Cons
It seemed like the rest of the company didn't have the same privileges that the tech team had. A lot of other people were paid less especially the couriers and people working in the parcel hubs. Station managers seemed to be burned out.
