Pros
I’ve long admired Life.Church from the outside, but what ultimately drew me in was seeing them recognized as a Glassdoor award winner. I remember wondering, “Can it really be that good—especially behind the scenes?” The truth is, it’s not just as good as I expected—it’s even better. The culture here is genuinely life-giving, and the leaders consistently model the values they teach. There’s a deep sense of purpose and humility that flows from the top down (Pastor Craig and the rest of the Directional Leadership Team really are humble, amazing leaders). Since joining, I’ve experienced more personal and professional growth than I have anywhere else. It’s an environment that both challenges and supports you, and I’m incredibly grateful to be part of it.
Cons
Because this place moves so quickly, it can be difficult to find your new rhythm. But once you do, it's extremely rewarding! The expectations are high here, and you have to be willing to be stretched to new levels and embrace change and innovation. If you aren't willing to work in a high-speed environment, this might not be the place for you.
