Difficult to maintain work/life balance with number of hours of work required to keep up with workload.

The patients were great for the most part. Some of course have more violent tendencies than others but its only a few or a handful (in which you more than likely wont get them anyways because its a 50/50 ratio of brand new workers/under qualified workers and workers that are very qualified due to their violent circumstances)

People would steal medications once in a while for no reason, smoke Marijuana around patients, made me work a 16 hr shift just to do a 12 hr one 8 hrs after that, on call get mad when you have serveral questions about health because you arent fully certified, its the responsibilities and duties of a caregiver but they changed the title to pay you less and under qualify/certify you! LOVED THE PATIENTS BUT TERRIBLE COMPANY
