Pros
I regret to say that my experience at LSP has been quite disappointing. While the company had the potential to be a wonderful place to work, recent developments have created a toxic atmosphere. Here are the key points: Skilled Colleagues: The team consists of highly capable professionals, and working alongside them was the only bright spot in my time here. Engaging Projects:LSP has previously worked on some interesting projects that initially attracted many talented individuals, providing great learning opportunities.
Cons
Severe Financial Mismanagement: The current leadership, specifically the CEO, has demonstrated concerning financial practices. There are ongoing issues with late payments to contractors and vendors, which raises questions about the company's financial stability and priorities. Frequent Redundancies:There have been multiple rounds of redundancies over the past two years. Where once there were around 80 staff in the UK, that number has dwindled alarmingly to just 10. This creates a sense of instability and fear among remaining employees. Declining Morale:The once positive atmosphere has plummeted. Many employees are disillusioned with how management treats both staff and external partners, leading to widespread dissatisfaction and anxiety about job security. Ethical Concerns: There are troubling allegations regarding the CEO's personal conduct that have impacted the workplace environment. Such issues contribute to an unprofessional culture, making it hard to feel comfortable at work. In short, LSP has significantly declined from its former glory. Without a change in leadership approach and a genuine effort to address ethical and financial concerns, I cannot recommend this company to potential employees. The current environment is not supportive, and I urge anyone considering a position here to think carefully.
