Pros
Pay is ok for Assoc managers, better for store managers. Company seems to be fair with customers
Cons
Very high focus on merchandise sales. Most stores only have 2 employees, and if someone quits or gets fired, it takes a long time to replace them, and employees from other stores are required to cover. Each store is allowed a specific number of man hours per week and CANNOT exceed these limits.
