Pros
Benefits are solid. I was able to use them right away.
Cons
Pay is an insult for an assistant manager role. Incredibly low compared to other assistant manager jobs. Be prepared to take care of every single nook and cranny all by yourself up to twice a week. Some places they have you alone every day. Be prepared to also travel to other stores REGULARLY because they only staff 2 people per location. Also be prepared to do an overwhelming amount of maintenance regularly because hiring a maintenance team is too difficult apparently. Be judged heavily if you don't scam your customers to buy buy and insurance plan even though you "aren't and insurance company" (they will repeat that forever) if something breaks (which it will) have fun dealing with upset customers for 3-30 business days while you wait for the company to eventually get around to getting somone out there to fix it.
