Constructive handling of disagreements means addressing conflicts in a positive manner that respects all parties involved and seeks a solution beneficial to everyone. This approach prevents escalation, promotes understanding, and maintains harmony within the team.

Pros

Incredible workplace with amazing leadership and a real commitment to producing high quality sports medicine and recovery products. Upper management is focused on empowering their employees with everything they need to succeed. It's a very transparent workplace that is proud of the work they do and takes good care of their team. They also make sure the quality of the workspace is great and well maintained. Been here over a year and nothing but good things to say. Highly recommend working for or doing work with Life Wear Technologies!

Cons

If I had to name a con I would say they are working on improving formal organization in company processes, but their recent effort have been very effective. Come ready to bring organization into your role rather than expecting it.

Pros

Very Affordable and covers Health Care and Dental for single and family 401K very diverse options like Traditional 401k and Roth 401k 5% match and good options for Mutual Funds Rewards every employee and have half days and lunch meetings. Dresscode is casual. Overtime is available for most. Work from home is somewhat available depending on the position. Maternity and Fraternity Leave

Cons

Lack of Structure and procedures in place. Burnout is highly likely Little to no Training in the system. A lot of issues regarding unethical behaviors(altercations and sexual harassment) among some staff. The system is not updated. The organization is disorganized and everyone is running around like some chickens with their heads cut off. The inventory is incorrect. Expectations need to be realistic. Vacation is basically you use it or lose it. Vacation Time is 1.54 hours per week from 0-5 years
