The best reasons to work at LifeBooster are our executive leadership, my manager and my sincere belief that our product, buisiness model and services will excel in the marketplace.
Cons
Personally, I can't see any. I guess if you want to work at a large corporation, this is not it.
Some things I have enjoyed here are:
- There aren't any unfair expectations/deadlines put upon developers
- Developers have a lot of autonomy on how we want to design features
- There is a culture where questions are encouraged and we can discuss implementation without feeling judged
- Developers have a good work-life balance where we aren't encouraged to work weekends unless there is an emergency or we are making up time
- Healthcare benefits
Cons
I haven't experienced any problems while working at LifeBooster.
