Pros
The relatively new President is bringing much needed change and focus on values, mission, and communication.
Cons
There is no method to quality improvement; virtually no strategy/planning beyond super high level; extremely reactive environment where it is very difficult to manage risk; disorganized; CNO is single handedly destroying Nursing and has been allowed to do so for quite some time; minimal accountability at all levels. Lots of passive aggressive and angry people, particularly in Nursing and Quality.
