Can’t recommend - Lab Assistant LifeLabs Employee Review

Runs like a business from 1950. You have no life outside of the job- especially in the new hire “float” position. You get called between 5am-9am by staffing to tell you if you have a shift that day. If you have a shift and you’re meant to finish before 8hrs, staffing can call you and tell you to go to another site to work. Massive turnaround of staff, very stressful with various employees assuming the role of “supervisor” when there aren’t any, and makes the environment very unwelcoming to new hires.
