Work conditions could be better. Your not allowed to be sick or you will get a occurrence. Supervisors and managers talk to you like your not even a human being. Your not allowed to speak to hr or you will get fussed at. The authority chain is non existent because nobody wants to go to anyone above them. Team work that’s a joke! The hard workers get worked basically to death while the slackers get swept under the rug. Management will talk trash about the employees which is very unprofessional. And please don’t get injured while at work because they will send you through the ringer for worker’s compensation. Our backs and hands are messed up due to working for lifenet and guess what no one cares! Basically you are just another name on the roster, nothing else seem to matter. Very unprofessional and uncaring place to work!
