Once you work for the company for 10+ years, they give you good leads and you have the opportunity to make a livable wage

Awful management - Micromanaging, poor ethics Poor pay - Completely unfair pay (unless you have 10+ years with the company) Bad leads - Constantly cold calling

worked at LifeQuotes as a sales agent, and the biggest issue I experienced was the structure of the job itself. The commission targets were set at levels that felt nearly impossible to reach, especially given the kind of leads we were provided. Most of the leads I received were cold, not warm, and that made hitting quotas very unrealistic. The lack of reliable lead support combined with the pressure of commission-only expectations created an extremely difficult environment. This is just my personal experience, but I think it’s important for people considering this role to know that the challenges are built into how the company operates — it’s not about effort alone, but about the system you’re put into.
