Pros

My coworkers were great people and loved the family like atmosphere. Admin seems to have a great view of the company. I would’ve much rather join admin than coming here as a pilot. Better quality for sure.

Cons

Pretty much nothing is going for this company. Low hours. LOW PAY. HORRIBLE SCHEDULE 10/5. The pay is absolutely way below for fixed wing standards, 25k for first Officer. 50k for captain, with a 10k training contract. You can go across the street and get paid 30k more as a captain for air ambulance. This is why Lifesave is always advertising on the orange site. I feel for people who are stuck here. Most of the people are here to get their experience and get out. Let this be a warning for you, don’t just take my word for it, read the other reviews and use it as a tool to make a decision if you are thinking of applying here.

Pros

You are able to get into a King air and experience IFR flight.

Cons

1) what is said and what is done are extremely different. While being g recruited I was told that a position in my home state was available and that would be my location. They had me sign to work in kansas, a 7 hour commute. At "training" there were many promises to move me to my home state, all empty. Different states have different compensation, having been promised work in one state and working in Kansas which pays $9 and no overtime. Bills could not be paid. Which leads to 2) compensation, unless you wish to sleep in the off duty accommodations you can not afford anything. They will say you can earn $50 every time you drive an ambulance as a pilot. Another promise never fulfilled. 3) there were many day were you met the 14 hour duty time only to continue to fly part 91. These instances were allowed to continue until day shift was working night shift. 4) drama, not a day went by without complaints. Captains complaining about captains and back stabbing each other. The who is sleeping with who gossip was non-stop.
