The pro would be helping the community, however you don't get past the bureaucratic top down micro managing ED and HR heads that are stuck in the past in terms of leadership and how to lead post pandemic

The expectation is to be seen, no autonomy, extremely messy and confusing leadership that gets in the weeds and blames you as the problem. ED has lost over 14 people in less than a year.
