Pros

Air conditioning, cubicles, health benefits

Cons

There is no communication let alone 360 degrees of communication. From entry level to management employees, for the most part, are "thrown into the fire" without much preparation or organization. The owners run the place like a military base where you can't even have coffee at your desk and God forbid you talk to your co-workers or have a hand lotion at your cubicle. There is a tremendous lack of acknowledgement even if you work yourself to illness and random individuals are promoted through favoritism. If you call out sick 8 times in a rolling year you are fired relentlessly. In fact, employees are fired so often for no good reason it is as common as breathing. Even though the owners bought a brand new building there is such a lack of planning and resources it seems to be all a show for clients. What's more, there are glass windows in conference rooms above the call center where strangers can stare at us like we are animals at the zoo. The company seems to take advantage of minorities and women. There is an undeniable feeling across the board that upper management views employees as second class citizens when in reality they are immensely foolish for not recognizing and retaining talent.

Pros

Work/Home life is very well balanced. Management is all hands in. We do not blindly follow here. There is a reason and an explanation for everything. You are set up for success here. They work on getting people "in the right seats" so we can exceed at the job we do. People retire here. The turnover is slim.

Cons

I guess the only 'con' is we cannot snack at our desk!
