Weekly pay. Super easy job.

Where do I begin? If you are looking for a job and are serious about your work. Do not come here. The most toxic workplace I’ve ever encountered. You will have no breathing room in between calls. The company will overwork you and underpay you, while creating more unrealistic metrics to abide by. You will be micromanaged at every turn and expected not to disagree with management. Promotions are based on favoritism and no real merit. Gossip and rumors are rampant. The company makes no effort to stop workplace harassment. Turnover is incredibly high, it is a revolving door of workers. This company is poison and I can’t wait to see the class action lawsuit they’ll eventually end up in.

Pros

Work/Home life is very well balanced. Management is all hands in. We do not blindly follow here. There is a reason and an explanation for everything. You are set up for success here. They work on getting people "in the right seats" so we can exceed at the job we do. People retire here. The turnover is slim.

Cons

I guess the only 'con' is we cannot snack at our desk!
