Pros
The people here are amazing, and the overall culture of the company is great. It is why many people stay at the company. The company is small enough where you meet people from other departments, and everyone overall is friendly. Benefits are fairly good, with PTO being the best. 401K match is average. Healthcare average. Most departments work half days on Fridays
Cons
The pay is about 20% below market value in majority of departments. There is little to no upward mobility. Often times promotions are based on who is able to network the best with upper management, and HR. If you move to a different department for a new role it will always be called a lateral move with no pay increase. They never match inflation/ cost of living increases during yearly reviews. Years of this leave people grossly underpaid, and undervalued for their work. Training and professional development is non-existent. Certain departments have a high turnover rates, and poor retention.
