      Pros

      I have been with the company for over 4 years. Great company to work for, amazing contribution that the company makes in the products it offers. They take very good care of their employees and actually care about it's employees success with the company.

      Cons

      It would be nice if remote work was more of an option for the department I am in a many other departments work remote quite often.

      Pros

      Has very open Work culture Pay is optimum but can be improved Benefits are above average Good Work life balance People are supportive

      Cons

      Very few and hopefully will be taken care soon. Ambiguity in higher management. Being small mfg company has its own disadvantage and challenges.
