All their values and morals are just marketing gimmicks, there is no substance to the company or the products. This is illustrated by the fact that the products which are so great and so helpful, if they were, wouldn't the staff be instructed on their use? No they are not.
The management defence to this is that the staff aren't allowed to advise clients on medical matters as they do not have the appropriate medical training. Not that the customers who promote the product do either.
